To register and maintain an account on the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:
PKR588 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and forfeiture of any pending balances in accordance with the operator's terms.
When registering an account on the Platform, you agree to provide accurate, complete and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration details and must update them promptly if any information changes.
Each User is permitted to hold only one active account on the Platform. Opening or attempting to open multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in all associated accounts being closed and balances forfeited.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. PKR588 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
You must notify PKR588 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account by contacting support at the email address provided in Section 18 of these Terms.
Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign or otherwise dispose of your account or any rights associated with it to any other party.
In compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) obligations, PKR588 requires all Users to complete identity verification before withdrawals can be processed. KYC may also be triggered at deposit stage or during any transaction that meets internal risk thresholds.
PKR588 will endeavour to complete standard verification within two to five business days of receiving all required documentation. Complex cases or documents requiring third-party validation may take longer. Pending verification does not affect your ability to place wagers using your existing balance, but withdrawals will remain on hold until verification is confirmed.
If your identity cannot be verified to the satisfaction of PKR588's compliance team, your account may be restricted or closed. In such cases, any deposited funds not subject to active wagering requirements will be returned to the original payment source where technically possible.
All deposits must be made using payment methods available in the live cashier at the time of transaction. Payment method availability may change without prior notice. PKR588 does not guarantee the continued availability of any specific payment method.
Deposits may be accepted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) or other currencies supported by the operator's cashier system. Currency conversion fees, where applicable, are the responsibility of the User. Illustrative deposit thresholds referenced in platform content (e.g., PKR 500 minimum, PKR 200,000 maximum per transaction) are for informational purposes only — actual limits are set by the operator and may differ.

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. PKR588 reserves the right to return deposits and suspend accounts where the source of funds cannot be verified or where deposits are inconsistent with AML/CTF obligations.
Withdrawal requests will only be processed once all of the following conditions have been met:
Standard withdrawal processing times are typically one to five business days, subject to the payment method selected and the operator's internal review process. Expedited processing may be available for verified VIP account holders. PKR588 does not guarantee specific withdrawal timelines.
Withdrawals will generally be processed back to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, in line with standard AML protocols. Where this is not technically possible, alternative verified methods may be accepted at the operator's discretion.
PKR588 may publish information about promotional offers including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, cashback programmes and VIP rewards. All such offers are subject to the following standard conditions unless a specific promotion states otherwise:
Bonus funds are not immediately withdrawable. They must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any associated winnings can be converted to withdrawable cash. Illustrative example: a PKR 10,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement requires PKR 300,000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal is permitted.
Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports betting wagers typically contribute 100%. Live casino games may contribute between 10% and 100% depending on the title. RNG slots typically contribute 100%. Table games such as roulette and blackjack may contribute significantly less. Exact contribution rates are specified in individual promotion terms.
Bonus funds and any associated free spins or free bets expire if wagering requirements are not met within the specified promotional period — typically 7 to 30 days from the date of credit. Expired bonus funds will be removed from the account without replacement or compensation.
PKR588 reserves the right to withhold, cancel or claw back bonus funds and associated winnings where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing hedged or arbitrage bets to minimise wagering risk, or exploiting promotional terms in a manner contrary to their intended purpose.
All games and sports betting markets available on the Platform are governed by individual game rules published within the respective game interface or sportsbook section. In the event of any conflict between general Platform Terms and individual game rules, the individual game rules will prevail with respect to gameplay mechanics and settlement.
Sports betting markets — including cricket (PSL, ICC tournaments, T20 internationals), football, UFC and other live events — are subject to standard industry settlement rules. Bets placed on cancelled, postponed or abandoned events will be settled according to the operator's published settlement policy for that sport.
In the event of a technical failure — including server outage, disconnection or software error — during an active game session, PKR588 and the operator reserve the right to void the affected round and return the stake to the User's account. No additional compensation will be offered for inconvenience caused by technical issues beyond the return of the affected stake.
Any wagers placed on odds or prices that were published due to a manifest error (e.g., incorrect decimal pricing, erroneous in-play lines) may be voided and the stake returned at the operator's discretion. PKR588 will endeavour to communicate such cancellations to affected Users promptly.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of balances:

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting PKR588 support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any withdrawable balance at the time of closure will be returned to your verified payment method after completion of any pending wagering or compliance review.
Where an account is closed due to a material breach of these Terms, PKR588 reserves the right to withhold any pending bonus balances, promotional winnings and, where permitted by applicable law, any deposits associated with the breach. Funds resulting from confirmed fraud will be forfeited in their entirety.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PKR588 and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
PKR588's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any single claim shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to the Platform in the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The collection, use and protection of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and forms part of this Agreement. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the Privacy Policy.
In summary, PKR588 collects only the personal data necessary to operate the Platform, process transactions, comply with legal obligations and provide customer support. PKR588 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice by publishing an updated version on the Platform with a revised effective date.
Your continued use of the Platform after any amended Terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request closure of your account in accordance with Section 11.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator holds its primary gaming licence. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that territory, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection legislation in your country of residence.
